YouTube is the second most popular website in the world, with more than 300 hours of video uploaded every minute and almost five billion videos watched every day.

That’s a lot of videos and, more importantly, a lot of eyes.

As REALTORS®, not only do you help Canadians buy and sell homes, you also sell yourself.

From house tours and housing insights to real estate news, video offers you the ability to access a larger and more engaged audience with the hopes of garnering new leads.

We recently asked two REALTORS® to explain how they use videos in their business and why they believe all real estate professionals should use video to their advantage. Here’s what they had to say:
