Pho·bi·a (noun): a persistent, irrational fear of a specific object, activity, or situation that leads to a compelling desire to avoid it.
It’s the time of year again when we come face-to-face with the things that go bump in the night. For those faced with phobias like phasmophobia (the fear of ghosts) or hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia (the fear of number 666), the Hallowe’en season can be a real nightmare (pardon the pun).
No matter the season, “expertaphobia*” (the irrational fear some people have of using a skilled professional, like a REALTOR®) can leave you in a very awkward place.
The buyers in our most recent ad suffered from expertaphobia and, as a result, found themselves in possession of a property that could very well be possessed itself!
It’s an unfortunate situation we know you can help other expertophobics avoid and a fear we remain committed to curing. Give it a watch!

*No, expertophobia isn’t actually a real phobia, but we believe it could be.
