Ryan Doraty, Manager, Member Experience, leads CREA’s Member Experience Centre by responding to technical questions from both board and association staff and REALTORS®, and while also occasionally representing CREA at tradeshows. Ryan started at CREA as a quality assurance analyst before he took the reins at the Help Desk in 2008. Prior to joining CREA, he was a quality assurance specialist and product verification specialist at a few high-tech companies.
