Jay Hollister, Director, National Donor Experience & Engagement at the Canadian Red Cross has been working as a customer experience professional in both the for-profit and non-profit space for 10 years. In his current role, Jay oversees supporter services, loyalty and retention programs, telephone fundraising and all donor communications. A graduate of the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College, Jay has a Bachelor’s degree in American history and completed a post-graduate program in Project Management. Jay is a Pepsi aficionado and believes he can taste the difference between various size cans and bottles of his favourite drink.
