Elevate Your Career with the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation

In the ever-changing landscape of real estate, staying ahead of the curve is not just a choice but a necessity. To succeed, you need a tool that helps empower you with knowledge, resources, and strategies to thrive in this dynamic field. That’s where the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation steps in.

The CRB designation provides brokers, owners and managers with advanced business management education, resources, and tools for achieving maximum profitability, productivity, and performance. Since 1968, CRB designees are among the most effective, efficient, and profitable in the industry. The median gross income of a CRB designee is 146% higher than that of a non-CRB designee.

For Marian deWever, a REALTOR® and Broker of Record/owner with Home & Company Real Estate Corp. in Stratford, Ontario, the CRB designation is something all real estate leaders should earn.

“I would highly recommend taking the courses for the CRB designation. I found them to be incredibly relevant and practical. I have gone back to the workbooks on a number of occasions to use them as a reference,” said deWever.

The CRB designation is delivered in partnership with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). All CRB courses offered by CREA are tailored to Canadian audiences to address our unique Canadian REALTOR® community.
