Real estate in the age of COVID-19: REAL TIME Episode 4

A lot has changed since COVID-19 was declared a pandemic and the country was quarantined. What can REALTORS® do to adapt and grow through these changes?

In REAL TIME Episode 4, we speak with five leaders from the REALTOR® community, CREA Chair Costa Poulopoulos, BCREA COO Corinne Caldwell, Winnipeg REALTORS® CEO Marina James,  Royal LePage Canada President Phil Soper and Sotheby’s International Canada Senior VP Richard Silver, about navigating through and beyond the pandemic.

Let us know your thoughts:

  1. How has day-to-day business changed in terms of how you approach both new and existing clients?
  2. What steps can we take to protect the health and safety of REALTORS® and their clients?
  3. How can REALTORS® create and nurture relationships virtually?
  4. What tools are available to help REALTORS® navigate this shift toward a more digital marketplace?

Things may or may not return to the “normal” we’re used to. What advice would you give REALTORS® as we emerge from the pandemic? Join the conversation online or share in the Comments below.
