In 2019, visitors to REALTOR.ca spent more than 37 million hours browsing the website, looking at over 983 million property pages, up 12% from 2018, according to our annual Insights Report.
Those are some astronomical numbers. In 37 million hours you could make more than 725,490 trips around the world or watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy almost 3.3 million times.

REALTOR.ca exists to support your business. The continued growth in traffic on REALTOR.ca has contributed to an increase in leads sent directly to REALTORS®. In 2019, REALTOR.ca generated 2.9 million leads through the Email a REALTOR®, Email Office and Phone a REALTOR® buttons.
Leads from REALTOR.ca are quality leads. Visitors who eventually reach out to a REALTOR® are spending on average 23 minutes on REALTOR.ca per session, 2.5 times longer than the average user.
As a result of REALTOR.ca’s high level of brand recognition, a large portion of REALTOR.ca visitors (43%) come directly to REALTOR.ca to begin their property search, rather than starting with a search engine like Google. The amount of direct traffic to REALTOR.ca is 15% higher when compared to the proportion of visits directly to other top real estate sites.
REALTOR.ca puts the REALTOR® at the centre of every transaction. REALTOR® details pages were viewed 8.8 million times (an increase of 47%) and there were more than 1.6 million searches for REALTORS® on REALTOR.ca. Even without any listings, REALTOR.ca can help connect you with prospective clients.
